The plot of this film itself isn’t that special. It’s very typical rom-com. But what makes it good, in my opinion, is how that simple plot is executed.
In addition, Kate as a character isn’t exactly annoying, but she is annoying, if that makes sense. That being said, her dynamic with Luc is really cute, their chemistry works so well. And I'd say that this is the kinda movie that’s perfect if you’re in the mood for something light, heartwarming, and this is genuinely entertaining.
