I think this is the most spooked I've been by a horror film in ages. The Autopsy of Jane Doe is more than a little freaky, and it had me in its thrall for quite some time. I really liked how the film slowly but steadily amped up in tension with every new discovery, along with some pretty good jumpscares. However, the third act kinda lost me; it turned into a very generic horror ending and left a lot of things unexplained. On the whole, though, I still really liked this film, and I'd recommend giving it a go.
