i saw the first two of the trilogy in october, but never logged them on letterboxd. i’d personally say the most disturbing one was mordum, but i can understand people saying it’s this one. i’m for snuff films because they’re so disturbing yet very realistic, and that’s the point. it’s to make people more aware of the real-life things out there in this sick world. if only snuff films were portrayed better, then people would understand their purpose and watch them. fred vogel could’ve done better, but he had a low-budget film, a couple of friends, and the start of vhs filmmaking. kudos to the dedication of the brutality and the props, at least.
