Throughout these memories, you see how gross and lonely he was in a way that almost makes you feel bad for him.
Also stop giving these types of movies bad reviews. If a movie likes Schramm makes you uncomfortable or disgusted, that doesn’t mean it failed, it means it worked, it’s a movie about a serial killer’s mind, it’s supposed to be ugly and hard to sit through. Saying it’s “good but disturbing” and then rating it low just pushes people away from a film that’s doing exactly what it’s trying to do. Not every movie is supposed to be an easy watch.
