The scale of this film given its budget is extremely impressive, and certain moments such as the final act are great. However, a lot of the film is pretty dull unfortunately. That being said, there are plenty of great moments throughout that keep it entertaining mostly! Ittenbach certainly knows how to create memorable and extremely bloody films with this being no exception, and one of the best SOV films I’ve seen. My low rating is for the acting and overall quality, but I still think this is a fun and worthwhile watch! Maybe I’ll like it more on rewatch.
