so concludes my journey of every david lynch feature film. and what a perfect way to end it — on the big screen, ruminating on old age. it made me so sad when one of alvin's listed maladies was emphysema :( david lynch you are going to live to a thousand, to a million, forever. such a perfect little film. the midwest is truly the most beautiful place on the planet, i love flatness and endless corn and huge skies. also when he loses control going down the hill i really related to that because i also did that when i was like 13 and crashed my dad's riding mower into a tree. so like. real
