Through Part 3 of 10, this documentary is fantastic. They really pull from every corner of baseball history, debunking myths and legends of its day for 2+ hours, and shining light on those who maybe didn’t get light before. Inning 1 showed the invention and precursor to Baseball, something that i did not know existed all the way back into the 1840s. The amount of portraits, photos, and even video of baseball stars in the 1900s-1910s is staggering. I like to think I’m pretty well versed when it comes to baseball, but I don’t think I’ve ever learned so much from a documentary. Absolutely looking forward to the next 7 parts. Anyone who has played baseball or liked baseball needs to watch this.
