Officially jumping on the Duplass brothers train. Between this and Paddleton yesterday, and The Baltimorons they are absolute MASTERS at scriptwriting centered around relationships and emotions. This is no different, and perhaps their best work.

Very intrigued by the choose at shooting this in black and white. I think I dig it, because it strips everything away but the character drama you are intended to sit with. The script is great enough to get away with it, too.

This is not an easy movie to act out with so many layers rooting below a simple movie on the surface. Mark Duplass and Sarah Paulson are perfect here. Great movie.
