has a solid ALTER setup , a lying 9 year old , a creepy parenting lesson gone wrong , and then a clown.
the atmosphere is there for the first 5 minutes.
problem is it plays it completely straight and never does anything you haven't seen before.
It's effective if you hate clowns , otherwise it's just okay.
the only thing I really noticed was the cookie jar itself , it looked 100% like a prop straight out of Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
that big goofy clown face design.
which kind of killed the scare for me , I kept expecting it to shoot popcorn.
