i think it's really funny that this is my parents favourite movie from québec, so much that they show it to all and i mean ALL my french family members when they come visit. it's like a tradition at this point. maybe its the reason why i care so much about this movie but overall it's still really good so i understand why my parents would think this is peak québécois cinema.
