I am gonna start medical school to be a doctor this autumn, I'm a writer too and also I am very gay. Maybe I am the lovechild of Zach and Bart that Bart didn't tell Zack about?? Maybe???

Technically pretty awful. Editing very confusing. Slow and overlong and nothing really happens. There’s some sweet moments, and I see what they were going for. It could’ve been worse definitely but it’s not great. If I was gay in the 20th century I would also consider marrying a woman who wanted to see 6 movies per day. In fact, if a woman who watched 6 movies a day asked for my hand in holy matrimony now, I would take the offer without hesitation. We could have a beautiful life, hypothetical cinephile girl…

This movie was pretty ahead of its time and i really appreciated how being gay wasn’t painted in a negatively in this and it was just about zach finding himself, both zach and claire got their happy endings and were still friends after everything which felt so sweet and i enjoyed their dynamic throughout. It’s mostly a cheesy movie with some feel good but nothing too memorable. I may want to revisit it again in the future but for now it’s staying at a 2.5
