There are no words that could do justice for a film so important. But I’ll share one of the interviews that will stay with me.

They say it’s so good to have him with them and how pleased they are to have him back in Chełmmo and how they remember him.
As the crowd grows around him, a member of the crowd starts sharing a story that the local rabbi during a roundup said because Jews killed Jesus, this was possibly their comeuppance. All the while Szymon looks at the camera silently. The crowd smiles. It was god’s will another member of the crowd says. Szymon continues to look directly ahead. No one disagrees.
