I like Harold Lloyd; he's likeable and charismatic, but he just doesn't connect like Chaplin does. The story is just so disjointed and there really isn't much of a character for him or anyone else really. The main chunk is just a long Benny Hill sketch that doesn't make a lot of sense narrative wise and get old pretty quick. It does do things way better than shit like The Artisit, since the acting is very clear and expressive, but I can't help but compare with Chaplin and this just can't match that.
