Incredible and horrifying.

Fun story is that I took a class in high school about genocide in the 20th century. My teacher had been teaching the course for like 25 years. When she first started she cold emailed Speilberg about the class and showing her students the movie. They became friends over email and he gave her permission to screen the movie in theaters only for her students. Every year she takes her class and has a Holocaust survivor come and do a Q&A after the movie. Was an unforgettable viewing experience!

Loved the scene with the little girl and her red coat in contrast to the black and white film. Thought this movie was really good and quite saddening however seeing Liam Neeson play a nazi in a serious movie just sort of puts me out of the world a little, but that’s really the only complaint I have about this movie
