Der CASINO ROYALE (1967) des Horrorfilms. Er wirkt, als hätten lauter Leute, lauter Ideen in den Film geworfen, die nur manchmal so etwas wie einem narrativen Faden folgen. Es passiert ständig was, das aber ausnehmend ausgewalzt, so dass es zwischendrin öde wird. Die Musik und die Kameraführung erinnern etwas an Jess Franco und Edgar Wallace Filme. Die drei hochkarätigen Hauptdarsteller sind btw nur Namedropping. Cushing ist vielleicht fünf Minuten dabei und in keiner Szene mit den anderen. Lee trifft zumindest kurz Price, der zumindest etwas Glanz hier reinbringt. Alles in allem ist das Plakat eigentlich das Beste am Film und die kurzen Vignetten um einen unglücklichen Joggingläufer sind etwas biestig. Der Rest ist grösstenteils wirres Gehampel, mit eher Langeweile und einem "Ist mir jetzt auch alles egal"-Ende.
