I will NEVER get over how dirty this show was done. We had an instant classic on our hands and it got stolen, this show quite literally had infinite potential and one day I really hope we get to see the rest of the story.
Possibly one of my favourite mini series of all time. Infinity Train has a perfect balance of mystery, adventure, comedy and horror, including characters with relatable struggles and a really compelling story told in the background of all four seasons. The show is an anthology and I’ve loved and related to at least an aspect of each protagonist.
Infinity Train was a very character driven series, which makes sense given the train itself is basically a “therapy or die” machine. Season 1 focuses on Tulip and how she struggles to adjust to change, but more specifically how she struggles to come to terms with her parents’ divorce. It’s nothing big but with so many children living with divorced parents, it’s definitely a great message for those who watch the show, and the theme of change is prevalent in all seasons and relatable for everyone.
I love the mystery established in season 1. We’re thrown into this completely new world and have to figure out everything alongside Tulip. The strange number on her hand, what her comedic little robot friend One-One really is, who is the Steward and who is the Conductor, all really intriguing mysteries which keep you watching alongside the phenomenal characters.
Infinity Train will always be one of my favourite shows and I’ve loved every single season, I hope this train gets a second chance to keep on chugging one day.
