just fucking insane that this whole thing is real. I’m like 90% sure i’ve listened to mayhem without knowing everything before. I really loved how this movie was filmed though. definitely dont know if I could rewatch but this was incredible. whoever did the gore on this fucking set, better have gotten a raise.

Gnarly movie. A band who got lost in their own satanic sauce. Gory asl in a few scenes, but I didn’t think it was over done. Very nice introduction to black metal for me though. A lot of cool looking shots and a wicked tone throughout.

this is the first time i've rewatched this movie ever since it came out and its just sooooo much better the second time around

the first watch was really to see how accurate the whole mayhem story would be and anyone who has read up on it or watched a few docs knows that its .... not so right lmao but as the second watch i could really see it for what it is !! and thats a really dope movie !!
