❝If animals like you, they lick you. If animals hate you, they eat you. You always know where you stand.❞

As with a lot of films of this genre starring Dwayne Johnson, Rampage is a very formulaic and unfortunately boring attempt at recreating Godzilla and King Kong but with different origin stories. The visuals are alright, but the performances all-round (apart from Naomie Harris and Jeffrey Dean Morgan) were pretty average, and the action sequences aren't very exciting, either; even the sci-fi gene editing plot was done in a very uninteresting way. Overall, this was kind of a waste of time, and I don't think I'll be rewatching it in the future.
