A new master in "so bad it's good," Bad Match is a ridiculous piece of cinema that manages to be a total blast from start to finish. The plot is sublimely relentless in its outlandishness and the film is fully aware of all the genre tropes it subverts and EXTREME b-horror technicalities, like shitty lighting, awful shots, atrocious dialog, and what eventually amounts to a feel-bad R-rated Lifetime movie. Yes, I love it deeply and recommend it fully, because it's so terrible and fun and must be seen. And on that note, I'm selling it vastly short, because Bad Match manages to one-up itself continuously up until its wonderful final shot.
