Truly bizarre that this movie technically exists in the Godzilla universe because one of the Heisei era films decided to use Moguera instead of MechaGodzilla. And apparently in that movie (Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla), they acknowledge that the new Moguera is built from the remains of the old one that attacked in the 50’s. So, this movie is the only one besides the original Godzilla to be canon in both Showa and Heisei eras. Which explains why both Moguera AND the Mysterians are so heavily featured in the Godzilla Defense Force mobile app.
This review is obviously for no one, but it’s not as if anyone was going to read a sincere review of the 1957 Japanese alien film The Mysterians. A big robot destroys a power plant and aliens dress like Power Rangers. It’s fine.
