I know that The Upside is a worse remake of The Intouchables, but I still had a good time watching it. Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart make a great comedic duo while also being able to turn up the emotion during the more serious moments. I've seen the Tamil/Telugu film quite a few times before, so the plot isn't anything unfamiliar, but regardless this film's version was still entertaining, and the dialogues were pretty well-written. I think I'd enjoy the film more if I'd watched it with someone else, but overall I had a nice time, and I'll certainly be watching the original film soon.
