Basically a mix of shitty, blank-faced animation and the depressive, bleak post-apocalyptic stylings typical of the genre, only minus whatever spark that can potentially make it work. I'm a real sucker for all things Godzilla, but for me, this film didn’t have much to offer. What an incredibly forgettable, surface level, and bland snooze-fest.
