It’s been so long since I’ve been so completely locked in to a movie from first frame to last. I started this at midnight and couldn’t go to sleep till almost 2am because I was so rapt by the script, the performances, the cinematography. It just came together so beautifully .

Hmm okay let's rank each of the stories:

1. Linda Darnell - she had the best, and I felt the most sorry for her bc her man was an absolute shithead

2. Ann Sothern - I loved the comedic side to this storyline, and Thelma Ritter is literally my fav supporting actress ever

3. Jean Grain - It was kinda meh but I think it was still interesting.
