Beautiful film with a weird atmosphere and premise. I love the Edward Hopper looking ass setting with the flat rural landscapes in the middle of bumfuck-nowhere always makes for an engaging film and Jane Birkin is to die for especially in context of this film, lol. This movie explores sexual identity in a way which is very intriguing and before its time.
Also, very annoying that Letterboxd decided to shut down, but I guess it has helped me to watch a lot of movies today as I haven’t been able to distract myself (my phone is basically useless without LB) also I had to use IMDd, which sucks ass.. so, fix your fucking app LB damn this is like the fourth time this year.
Overall, Love the cinematography, the plot and setting is pretty interesting and the themes were really well explored, especially considering when this film was made, very underrated and worth checking out!
