many reasons why this is humorously enjoyable. the poor animation matched with the awkward voice acting make this extremely watchable. even with the poor computer animation, the sets are actually somberly vibrant. with the use techniques of noir and western to suck in the nature of vampire horror which actually creates a somewhat emotionally intelligent atmosphere.
but to me what makes this fall a bit flat is how it uses repetitive filmmaking. like the same track plays over and over to act as the score. or i’m just watch figures talk while the scene is in slo-mo for 2-3 minutes straight. it loses the balance of how the poor quality becomes hilarious entertainment at many points.
but dracula’s angel is one of the most romantic films ever made. romantic love is passed on by blood (sounds wrong af).
