It’s obvious the movie exists for that last bomb diffusion which is a great scene! He’s lost everything so he’s got nothing to lose in diffusing the bomb; he could die and it would still be a fitting end to his story so the tension is high!
also the argument where he called her a bitch and there was a bang to block it out was great. and the dream sequence with the whiskey bottle. ALSO the lighting on the faces was always fantastic.
