Holy shit I'm gonna remove any rating I've given a movie that I didn't watch in one sitting because this is just SO heat it's not even funny. Damien Chazelle is so good it's literally too much to comprehend how great he's gonna be in 20+ years time

I want even 20 minutes in and I could definitely tell this is directed but the same guy who made Babylon, La La Land and Whiplash. 

Damien Chazelle has a very distinct style and inspiration when it comes to movies.

Even music used. (Makes sense considering the guy that did the score for this film also did the score for Babylon, La La Land and Whiplash)

A developmental film that there is no need to watch unless interested in Chazelle's work. Although there is some stuff to like here, a raw musical like this is not a common thing nowadays, plus the score is good.
