Sometimes you get rewarded for clicking on a title you’ve never heard of just because of actor/actress combos on the cover. This movie ruled.

Way better than I expected, especially considering that the premise of the movie doesn’t happen until an hour in.
Rosamund Pike does an incredible job with her character, as does Ana de Armas. Joel Kinnaman proves himself to be a solid lead, and there’s some pretty great combat sequences later in the film.
That being said, the Polish mafia and the gangs are hilariously small, and there’s a few times when I raised an eyebrow concerning the probability of the events transpiring on screen.
Regardless, it’s a fun film with a solid ending that doesn’t tie up everything too neatly. A good way to pass the time!
