late night with the devil found dead in a ditch... like this was SO EFFECTIVE, i'm so glad they had the restraint to keep the scares so subtle yet so terrifying. i love how they barely show the ghost at all—just like blair witch or lake mungo or savageland, the terror is in what we don't see!! YES!!!! we rewound to catch every glimpse of him (in the reflection of the door, in the crowd by the playground, in the rigging at the studio, in the door, etc) and i'm sure that i missed more. completely unmatched in its excellence

perfect watch at 2am right before i sleep. if i was a little british kid in 1992 i would have one hundred percent believed this and it would’ve traumatized me, it’s so fun how realistic it is.
and the ending actually creeped me out a lot lol.
