I hate to be this negative about a biography but the only redeeming part of it is jakub's stellar acting. Other than that, some of the scenes are flat out tasteless like the fight with himself or the mirror ones, plus the music in this movie is one dimensional and just redundant, it felt like a movie that the cast cared for a lot, while the director just wanted to get the month's rent dealt with

“Its kind of lame but its something.”

The makeup guy really went ham they made all the addicts look like absolute ghouls. Maybe they were worried about glamorizing drug use idk.
I do like that a running theme is people offering each other broth which I presume is a Polish cure-all.
