It's not the best adaptation of the tale by any means, but I'm pleasantly surprised by it too. Despite the just ok animation and and unremarkable songs (with a few exceptions), I don't know, I like how it keeps some elements of the original Charles Dickens story, and we'll, come on, you can't hate Tim Curry as Ebenezer Scrooge
