It looks and feels like Batman 66 but with even wackier villains. Fun film and very of its time, goes hog wild on the Dutch angle.

Happy Birthday to my sister!
An awesome Mum, Nanna and an ok sister I guess.
Back in 2013 my Sister and I visited the local Dymocks and rearranged the titles so that Vagina by Naomi Wolf sat side by side with In Your Face by Dr Bryan Mendelson and then proceeded to laugh for about 2 hours straight.
Keep in mind we were both in our 30s by that point. Maturity is overrated.
And in keeping with the Sisterly theme our review today is Sister Street fighter!
An in name only spin-off from the Sonny Chiba original. Chiba is back but this time the lead is Etsuko Shiomi as Koryu, who is seeking to rescue her kidnapped brother, an undercover DEA agent, from the hands of a notorious narcotics overlord and his weapons expert henchmen wielding nunchucks, blow darts and Flintstones attired Thai kick boxers.
Spoiler alert - she doesn’t save him - so if I get in the same situation I expect my sister to do better!
This is fun, lots of Dutch angles, snap zooms, arterial blood sprays and at least two uses of dummy as a falling body.
