they handled such an important topic so horribly, like it’s horrible they way that the script has these characters talk about sex trafficking and how the movie depicts it. paula patton gives a great performance in this shit pile though

Traffik had a surprising amount of potential as a heavy, sadly realistic thriller. It was tense and everyone involved gave it their all, but it was weighed down by forced character drama for the majority of its runtime. Im thinking I’ll forget all about it after a couple of weeks.
