I hope this guy dies. Apu was a great character, but thanks to this hack, he doesn’t come around anymore. This sorry excuse for a documentary is the reason a lot of animated shows have stopped casting voice actors based on their talent and started doing so based on their skin color. Hank Azaria is a great actor. Not to sound like one of those annoying fucks online, but this “woke” shit is so annoying when it comes to things like this. The Simpsons is about a yellow family in Springfield; no one should care if a white actor voices Apu or any other non-yellow character. “Oh, but Apu is a negative stereotype.” Every single character in The Simpsons is a stereotype. Hari Kondabolu is a failed comedian, and I hope that in the future people realize that."The voice actor is not Indian." Meanwhile, in Japan, where women voice some male characters. No one cares what a voice actor looks like. We only care what they sound like.
