easily my favorite Agnés Varda movie so far, maybe one of my new favorites, i think what i liked most about this movie is how there is no perspective, Varda doesn't tell us how to view her movie, which is very refreshing and makes sense for a documentarion, it was an extremely hard watched, i didn't cry, i just felt a deep, pain and disgust in my heart, and i think this best describes this movie, i adored how there is amazing chemistry with the whole cast, because they all already know eachother very well, i think Charlotte Ginsburg did an amazing job here as well.
even tho i love CMBYN, and i personally interept it as a very unhealthy, somewhat predetory, relationship, i feel like the movie doesn't actually call out the predatory part of it, here they fully call out how wrong the relationship is.
i think it's a very disturbing and complicated movie that i absolutely loved, and will sit with me for a while.
