Made me cry, I have never watched a silent film and enjoyed it before this.
Doing more with 8mm than most people do with an Arri Alexa and billion dollar budget.
Don’t show republicans this or they might find out trans people have existed since before the 70s
Genuinely makes me mourn all the films we lost may 6th 1933. If this survived then I can’t even imagine how important and powerful the movies the burned were.
Horniest movie I’ve ever seen. We’re living in the Stone Age rn.

يحجي القصة التوراتية عن النبي لوط ومدينة سودوم المدينة الي اشتهرت بلفساد والانحطاط الاخلاقي ولي صلط الله غضبه عليها الفيلم يصور القصة الي حدثت بعدسة سريالية تجريبية جيمس وناجاي يتلاعبون بل ضلال والمونتاج وحركات الجسد والتجريد البصري حتة يحطون دلالات معاصرة عن الرغبة العقاب الدين الهوية المشاهد مشبعة بل توتر الجنسي اجساد الناس والرقص الجماعي الموسيقى التصويرة نضافت بعدين بغير نسخ لكنها تتتماشة مع هذا الطابع التعبيري بس هية مو ضرورية حتة تفهم الفلم استخدمو التراكب البصري والتجريب بلمونتاج وهذا تأثيرة واضح بلفلم ومأخوذ من التعبيرية الالمانية خاصتا باجواء الفلم وتركيبة الضوء والضل اني اشوفهة محاولة من الفلم خارجة عن السرد التقليدي لان اغلب الافلام جانت تسرد القصص بطريقة خطية لا هذا حاول يجرب شغلات جديدة بذاك الوقت جرب يُعري هذي الشخصيات ويظهر مفاتنهة ويجرب يخرج عن المألوف ويسوي شغلات بدال ما يسرد القصة فقط
