If we just stuck with one of the three plots, this could have been okay, but this mash-up is a fucking mess. The story of a hotel taken over by a bunch of drunk and horny little people had potential to be pretty fun. The slapstick comedy about Chase as an FBI man protecting a helpless foreign lord could have been hilarious. The story of mistaken identity with the Nazi and Chinese spy has legs. Instead of letting any one of those play out, we get a hatchet job of half-assed stories that never quite become interesting. Most of the humor doesn't work and if you can't get past the jokes at the expense of the little people, none of this will work for you. There were a few funny jokes and the acting is fine, but the movie really drags and the story is constantly ping-ponging all over the place to the point where I couldn't give a shit by the end. The highlight for me was spotting Phil Fondacaro in his first movie role.
