Wait, that was so smart. Charade was a Hitchcock’s movie but Hitchcock didn’t say hi to entire of it. I mean, it’s not made by him.
Charade it wasn’t on my watchlist. But i didn’t hesitate to give it a watch because the title sounds interesting. As an Indonesian, i’ve never heard the word of Charade. Btw, i love the idea of the poster too. Pretty simple and effortlessly cool.
For a ‘60s era, the plot was so smart and complicated yet keep us glued to the screen. Dear Cinematography, i’m not sure when you were going to tell me there’s no Hitchcock behind the camera. But, it means Stanley Donen did a fantastic job for his work. The humor, that was so on. And, i can’t say no for Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant!?? Chemistry? Yes! Perfomance? The best! Oh, i wish i could have seen them together in more another projects (R.I.P)…
I wouldn’t mind spending my time just to see this movie for a second chance!
