J'ai été profondément marqué par l'atmosphère de paranoïa et d'injustice totale qui pèse sur ce film.
Le duel psychologique ne se joue pas à armes égales : c'est la lutte désespérée de deux immigrés italiens anarchistes contre une machine étatique américaine xénophobe et impitoyable, décidée à en faire des exemples.
Le rythme de la mise en scène, volontairement lourd et solennel, nous enferme dans le tribunal puis dans les cellules avec les accusés. La chanson Here's to You interprétée par Joan Baez.

What a fantastic film. ‘Sacco e Vanzetti’ combines courtroom, political and investigation into an immensely true and effective drama about a society used to mistreat - and still very much mistreats - immigrants and the political left. It’s about the fear of a leftist revolution.
The performances are fantastic, the writing is great and the score is fantastic. I also really enjoyed the structure and stylistic choices.

It’s incredible they represented them perfectly and the dialogues where just perfect the only problem is the pacing mostly in the middle
