American Guinea Pig: The Song of Solomon

Honestly on rewatch this was not as bad as remembered. The acting is pretty bad for the most part, but the atmosphere is actually pretty effective and the practical effects look amazing! Not really a good film but definitely entertaining. If the idea of a pretty short but super gory movie about demonic possession interests you, check it out, but don’t expect much outside of the effects and camera work.

Easily the weakest of the American Guinea Pig series, but still an enjoyable watch nonetheless. This film has some seriously great gore effects, however they are ruined by the terrible, cringe acting from some of the cast. It feels comedic at times, although this seems intentional. 

However, the film is also shot very well and is still enjoyable. Some of the cast did deliver legitimately good performances too. This is such a mixed bag in terms of positives and negatives, but the twist ending and gore make it one that is still an okay watch overall and one I’d loosely recommend.
