Finding a very campy 80s Aladdin episode of a fairy tale tv show directed by a young Tim Burton was not on my bucket list. Leonard Nimoy being an unhinged evil Jarfar type villain called the Moroccan magician was fun. And James Earl Jones was fantastic as the Genies I loved him in this. The rest of the cast didn’t really standout to me but it was a fun time. I liked seeing the small bits of Tim Burtons designs throughout like the city and cave of wonders. Overall fun and weird experience of a watch.

Good amount of brown face going on here. Surprised Disney didn’t tap Burton to direct the 2019 version instead of Guy Ritchie.
