Might be boring at times, but oh my god, this movie has one hell of a plot!!! A plot that leads you right to the main point of the whole story. And that ending? Honestly, WOW.

Hold on... I have too many thoughts about this movie, I wasn't expecting ANYTHING of this, it gave me goosebumps. She needed a restraining order, a psychiatrist, and Jesus!

I find no shame into admitting that I also watched this movie thinking it would be a heartful inspiring drama, so it was a surprise seeing the film evolve into a sadder and more catastrophic way.
Maggie Gyllenhaal delivers a splendid performance that changes subtly morphs into something more depressing as the film progresses. To be fair, her "crash-out" is valid; a kid being the artist you only can dream on becoming is something crazy to assimilate, even more if you want them to be your child because you think you can't fail this kid because you think you already failed your own children. Now, that's crazy.
