I don’t know man. There’s a lot of cool stuff in this trilogy (so far) on paper, but it’s just done so poorly. Mechagodzilla that has taken the form of an entire city? Dope! Mechagodzilla in this movie? Just an industrial plant. The Godzilla parts were cool though! But he’s in the movie for maybe 10 minutes total

Thematically it's much better than I remembered and some aspects fit the current situation really well. However I personally liked the rest much less. I hate the main character even more, I think other characters turn annoying and there is still quite some exposition which I don't think is handled overly well.
Thematically it's surprisingly good, but there is many other movies touching on similar themes that I personally find more entertaining and better overall.
