MOVIE FEBRUARY- DAY 12
Umm.. alright?
This movie doesn’t give me a reason to care. It doesn’t give me a reason to care about the characters, nor the death of the lava lamp as it’s a robot.
I don’t have an incentive to really sit down and be like oh nooo the characters that got 0 depth is gonna die. There wasn’t a clear focus of the story, rather than just some experimental ideas in this movie jumbled up into one. Also girl… you cheated on your girlfriend TWICE.
Also, it just seems like they threw scenes in there and random subplots in just for the sake of it. WHY was there an orgy funeral over some glorified lava lamp a why was there a pregnancy subplot? It never expanded on that and the kid provided like 0 use to the story other than just having it be there. Idk, just random scenes like this that had me like ? I guess the orgy can be explained through insanity but some other random subplots had no reason to exist.
Amazing acting however. Idk who acted the main character but wow she did a good job portraying her, especially during the last act of the movie.
