This movie would’ve done so much better if it came out before infinity war but Marvel studios is full of dummies. As a movie, it is lacking quite a bit as well, it’s not super exciting or interesting really, overall a bit boring, within the MCU timeline, it’s kind of randomly thrown in there. The standard marvel jokes are very prevalent in this one and they’re all pretty stinky, the best I would’ve given any of the jokes would’ve been an awkward chuckle. The new characters are kind of whatever, for what was supposed to be black widow’s origin story and triumph over it, it really kind of fails at that. This also came out during the major decline of Marvel and it does show a bit, the CGI isn’t great and it feels a lot more lifeless than other marvel properties. It’s really just mediocre all around which is disappointing because Natasha’s backstory should have been absolutely kickass but instead her big film was kind of just a sad wet fart of a film. I will admit that on rewatch, it was better than I remembered but it’s still mid, I don’t wanna rewatch but might.
