A young mouse named Fievel and his family decide to migrate to America, a "land without cats," at the turn of the 20th century. But somehow, Fievel ends up in the New World alone and must fend off not only the felines he never thought he'd have to deal with again but also the loneliness of being away from home.

Haven’t seen this since I was a kid. Holds up. Somewhere Out There is one of the all time best original movie songs. I had a rush of emotions and memories from childhood when it started. I love music.

“He put his whole mussy into it” - Jepha, about Somewhere Out There
Something different from the other animal animated films coming out at the time, but not enough to push it to all-time classic
