Completely absurd, but thoughtfully enjoyable from start to finish. One of the funniest and cleverest satires I’ve seen in a while.
In my opinion, this film is way too long and that added length adds nothing to its social commentary, however, I loved how Östlund manages to strike the perfect balance between satire and the the metaphor.
Although the main themes of this film are capitalism, socialism, and classism and critique of the uber-wealthy, the self-indulgent, and the greedy, it also touches on modern relationships, social media and the class of men and women in modern society.

Cinematography was pretty solid and had some surprisingly good performances from a cast I had mostly not heard of before. Felt some of the early plot dragged for a bit, but the third act was really good
