Cute lil romcom. Honestly kinda sucked for the first half hour, I just found the whole going between apartments to trick the girls kinda repetitive and boring. I think it picks up a shit ton after the first half hour though, like the bit with the Japanese dudes and the whole suicide chase were super entertaining. Lots of really cool shots throughout the movie too. Pretty decent movie overall just wish it started out a bit stronger

I like the fast paced nature of this film and how it conducts itself as if it was a play instead of a movie and the tone was rather charming. It wasn’t strong in the comedy department but really good for a directorial debut on Cuarón’s part.
