yep another war doc
i have no words really, this was just raw and unfiltered and i am disturbed by how inhumane war is. and how a single tour can remove the actual empathy entirely from someone, to the point where you are unphased by scanning the fingerprints from a hand that was torn off by a grenade. i think the worst scene was one of the marines pointing lasers at kids that were at most 9 years old smoking cigarettes and laughing
although not as hard hitting as other war docs, like Only the Dead, this one hits you much later in the day after watching. like give it two hours and you're just fucked up even replaying it in your head
never work or sign up for the man, or for a country that couldn't give two shits less about you

Really makes you wonder if any of these guys got any idea what they’re doing in Afghanistan or why they’re doing any of it. Really deranged and saddening.
