James : How do you think it feels to have my son paying me? How do you think that feels? Otis :You wouldn't be here if I didn't pay you.

i’ve had this sitting on my watchlist for more than like 2 years and i’m so glad i FINALLY sat down to watch it. it’s blows my mind how incredibly underrated this film is because it’s absolutely fantastic and probably one of shia labeouf’s best performances (noah jupe and lucas hedges are brilliant too) the cinematography is beautiful and the dialogue is great which all factor in to make this really heartwarming and emotional. i was definitely close to shedding a few tears right at the end
